Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing from Stellar Vault. We hope to provide an exciting and seamless experience for all of our customers.

1. No returns or exchanges and non-refundable:

All Funko items, including regular POP! vinyls as well as POP! digital vinyls, cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable as they are stocked in limited quantities to meet customer's orders. All booster packs, boxes and TCG products that are opened on livestream are considered used which renders them non-refundable and therefore cannot be returned. This includes all trading card game products, including giveaways and lucky dips, that are listed on the website. Due to the nature of TCG pack openings, every card inside each pack is different and exchanges cannot be requested. 

2. Pokemon & One Piece TCG Livestream Pack Openings.   

If you purchase any TCG products from Stellar Vault, they will be opened on one of our weekly livestreams. We have chosen this method of sale for our TCG products to create an engaging atmosphere & build a community for our customers.

3. Return & Refund Policy Agreement:

Please review our return & refund policy before purchasing from Stellar Vault. Once an order & purchase has been made, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of our return & refund policy.
