Shipping Policy
All deliveries are sent directly to the customer. Any orders for products will be aimed to be sent out on the next business day after your order has been placed for all IN STOCK products, orders for any TCG products will be posted the day after they are opened on our livestream. Please be aware that a business day is Monday to Friday and as such does not include weekends & public holidays. We sincerely appreciate your patience and kindness. Rest assured we are doing everything within our ability to send your products to you as soon as possible.
We offer a flat $12.50 AUD shipping rate for shipping to any Australian address, a $10 AUD shipping rate for all orders over $150 AUD, an express shipping rate of $25 AUD to any Australian address, a $29.99 AUD shipping rate to any New Zealand address and International shipping rates ranging from $69.99 AUD to $129.99 AUD All repeat (more than 1) orders may be added to your initial shipping if advised before the parcel is shipped. This may vary by order and each case will be handled individually at the discretion of Stellar Vault.
For standard shipping, the expected delivery time of your order once the order has shipped is as follows:
- VIC: 3-4 business Days
- NSW/ACT: 1-2 business Days
- QLD: 4-6 business Days
- NT/WA: up to 11 business Days
- TAS: 4-6 business Days
- SA: 4-6 business Days
The delivery of your order is trackable via Australia Post. Please allow for 24 hours once your order has been sent to receive tracking information before contacting support.
Please be aware we have limited ability to assist with lost items on behalf of Australia Post. Please contact Australia Post if you are having any issues with delivery delays and missing parcel.
Pre-Orders
Any items that have pre-order listed in the item title OR description are pre-order items. By purchasing these products you agree that it is a pre-order and you may need to wait some time for the product to arrive to us before it is despatched to you. We do our best to provide an ETA for the product in the product's description but it is subject to change depending on the availability of the pre-order.
Packaging Standards
We want to deliver quality collectable items and trading cards to our customers. As collectors ourselves, we understand the value in receiving your collectable items in excellent condition. We do our best to pack your orders as safely and securely as possible. All Funko POP! products will include a plastic protector free of charge.
Change of Address
You can change the default address on your account by logging in and updating your details. If you'd like, we can update your shipping address for you before your order has shipped. Please note that we are not able to change the shipping address after an order has been posted, therefore customers will need to contact Australia Post immediately to attempt to redirect it. Please also note that updating the default address on your account will not affect existing orders; customers will need to contact us to change the shipping address for specific orders. Parcels which are returned to us due to an incorrect address are not entitled to a refund of the original shipping fee used to ship it out. If we need to send the returned parcel again to a new or updated address, customers may need to pay a shipping fee again.
