1. General Acceptance of Terms of Service

By accessing & using the Stellar Vault website and our services, you agree to comply with, be bound by and acknowledge the following terms and conditions of service. Please read the terms of service carefully before making a purchase. You agree to abide by all laws and regulations relevant to the terms of service.
This website is operated by Stellar Vault. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stellar Vault. We use this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. You agree not to engage with any disruptive or illegal activity (e.g. unauthorized credit card use, fraud, spamming, disrupting, hacking) that interferes with the website or anything else related to the business.

This store is hosted by Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

2. Changes of Terms

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service. Customers will be notified if this is the case. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Livestreams

By default, all TCG products are opened on our TikTok livestreams throughout the week. If you would like to keep your products sealed that you purchase, please contact us via email within one (1) business day at stellarvaultco@gmail.com. You can view our livestreams on TikTok under username @Stellar_Vault.

4. Refund Policy

Please review our return & refund policy before purchasing from Stellar Vault. Once an order & purchase has been made, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of our return & refund policy. Thank you for taking the time to read our return & refund policy. We strive to do our best to always keep our customers happy and ensure every experience with us is an enjoyable one. 5. Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy describes how Stellar Vault (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from stellarvault.com.au (the "Site") or otherwise communicate with us regarding the Site (collectively, the "Services"). For purposes of the Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access any of the Services.

6. Liability Limitation & Termination of Service

Stellar Vault shall not be liable for any indirect damages or issues arising that are out of our control with your use of our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property:

All original Stellar Vault content contained within this (Stellar Vault’s) website are the property of Stellar Vault. This includes, but is not limited to, the business logo, various product images & videos created for the customer’s viewing and text are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Shipping Policy

All deliveries are sent directly to the customer. Any orders for products will be aimed to be sent out on the next business day after your order has been placed for all IN STOCK products, orders for any TCG products will be posted the day after they are opened on our livestream. Please be aware that a business day is Monday to Friday and as such does not include weekends & public holidays. We sincerely appreciate your patience and kindness. Rest assured we are doing everything within our ability to send your products to you as soon as possible.

We offer a flat $12.50 AUD shipping rate for shipping to any Australian address, a $10 AUD shipping rate for all orders over $150 AUD, an express shipping rate of $25 AUD to any Australian address, a $29.99 AUD shipping rate to any New Zealand address and International shipping rates ranging from $69.99 AUD to $129.99 AUD All repeat (more than 1) orders may be added to your initial shipping if advised before the parcel is shipped. This may vary by order and each case will be handled individually at the discretion of Stellar Vault.

For standard shipping, the expected delivery time of your order once the order has shipped is as follows:

VIC: 3-4 business Days
NSW/ACT: 1-2 business Days
QLD: 4-6 business Days
NT/WA: up to 11 business Days
TAS: 4-6 business Days
SA: 4-6 business Days

The delivery of your order is trackable via Australia Post. Please allow for 24 hours once your order has been sent to receive tracking information before contacting support.

Please be aware we have limited ability to assist with lost items on behalf of Australia Post. Please contact Australia Post if you are having any issues with delivery delays and missing parcel.

We want to deliver quality collectable items and trading cards to our customers. As collectors ourselves, we understand the value in receiving your collectable items in excellent condition. We do our best to pack your orders as safely and securely as possible. All Funko POP! products will include a plastic protector free of charge.

You can change the default address on your account by logging in and updating your details. If you'd like, we can update your shipping address for you before your order has shipped. Please note that we are not able to change the shipping address after an order has been posted, therefore customers will need to contact Australia Post immediately to attempt to redirect it. Please also note that updating the default address on your account will not affect existing orders; customers will need to contact us to change the shipping address for specific orders. Parcels which are returned to us due to an incorrect address are not entitled to a refund of the original shipping fee used to ship it out. If we need to send the returned parcel again to a new or updated address, customers may need to pay a shipping fee again.

9. Packaging Standards

We want to deliver quality collectable items and trading cards to our customers. As collectors ourselves, we understand the value in receiving your collectable items in excellent condition. We do our best to pack your orders as safely and securely as possible. All Funko POP! products will include a plastic protector free of charge.

10. Change of Address

You can change the default address on your account by logging in and updating your details. If you'd like, we can update your shipping address for you before your order has shipped. Please note that we are not able to change the shipping address after an order has been posted, therefore customers will need to contact Australia Post immediately to attempt to redirect it. Please also note that updating the default address on your account will not affect existing orders; customers will need to contact us to change the shipping address for specific orders. 11. Item Listings

All items listed on our site are updated with the most recent information as possible. Any changes to these items, such as pricing and product variations may be applicable and are handled at the discretion of Stellar Vault. The images provided for these product listings are not always final.

12. Pre-Orders

Any items that have pre-order listed in the item title OR description are pre-order items. By purchasing these products you agree that it is a pre-order and you may need to wait some time for the product to arrive to us before it is despatched to you. We do our best to provide an ETA for the product in the product's description but it is subject to change depending on the availability of the pre-order. Please also note that pre-orders cannot be changed or cancelled due to change of mind as we have secured the product for you "the customer".

13. Sales of Products

All discounted/ on-sale item purchases are to be considered final. Stellar Vault reserve the right to refuse cancellations and refunds for purchases made during a sale. There will be no reserves during a sale. The discounted price of an item during a sale does not reflect the product's price outside of the sales’ duration. Purchases made outside of a sale are not entitled to any refunds or reimbursements to match the discounted rate. Purchases made after a sale has ended are not entitled to the previous discounted rate and may not have their prices altered to match a previously ended sales’ discount.

15. Discord

Stellar Vault is not and shall not be liable for what customers/users say, speak, post, link or contribute in the Stellar Vault official Discord. Harassment, bullying, racism, sexism or any other derogatory message, comment, speech or act will not be tolerated. Individual Discord users take full responsibility for their actions in the Stellar Vault official Discord.
